Particularly good and excellent location, the hotel was perfectly clean.
The room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with milk, space for table etc, for instance, the check-in was automated. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge were a nice touch. Location: the hotel was so close to a supermarket for amenities, the Birmingham, and the tram station into the Birmingham...

I had a truly wonderful stay during my business trip. The hotel’s location is excellent, conveniently close to the Black Country Living Museum and the tram station, which makes it easy to explore Birmingham and the surrounding areas. My room was well decorated, well-equipped, and featured a spotless bathroom. The staff were incredibly supportive, and I appreciated the automated check-in process. it was a lovely experience!

Stayed for a weekend getaway. Seamless automated check, in with helpful pre, arrival comms. Rooms were new, cozy, and well, equipped, with a comfortable bed and great amenities like a fridge and microwave. Appreciated the modern decor and excellent cleanliness. the fan provided a cool escape from the heat. Easy parking and swift text correspondence added convenience to the stay. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.
